About the Item
Elevate your next bedroom project with this rare and stunning 1950s Bedroom set.
A small masterpiece so well designed by Vittorio Dassi most likely four-handed together Gio Ponti, with whom he worked for many years.
It’s truly example of the finest mid-century Italian design.
The set is composed by a petite vanity table with an accompanying armchair and a bedside table featuring a convenient magazine rack.
The maple wood structures boast a captivating design, highlighted by the armchair's attention-grabbing shape, as well as the sculptural design of the wooden drawer handles of the small desk and its perimetral wooden edges, meticulously finished with two-tone slatted details known as 'grissinatura.'
For our part, we have enhanced further their allure by reupholstering the seat and the vanity desk’s perimeter curtain with a luxurious Italian velvet, featuring a magnificent striped pattern, and we positioned new ruby red colored glasses to give greater brilliance to the table tops.
The condition of all items are to be considered good as the images show, with slight signs of wear consistent with age and gentle use, all the wooden surfaces have been polished with shellac recently and now are ready to use.
