A striking dining suite in the ornate Harrison & Gil style, comprising a large carved wood dining table and six coordinating chairs with dramatic sculptural backs. The ensemble is finished in a luminous silver gilt paint, bringing a bold contemporary twist to Baroque and Rococo influences.
The chairs feature deeply carved foliate and scrollwork motifs to the backs, raised on cabriole legs. Four chairs are of one design, with two in a closely matching but distinct variation, offering visual interest while retaining harmony. All six chairs are frames only and are offered ready for custom upholstery.
The rectangular dining table is similarly styled with a shaped frieze and cabriole legs, complementing the theatrical aesthetic of the suite. The carved detail and high-quality finish suggest a late 20th or early 21st century manufacture.
