Antique Italian Ebonized Dining Table or Writing Desk with Iron Stretcher
About the Item
Elegant Italian dining table, console table or writing desk with stunning wrought-iron stretchers in a wonderful size. This ebonized table features a sturdy rectangular top sitting above an exquisite base made of splayed carved lyre legs on either end connected to one another with a lovely hand carved side stretcher. In a manner typical of Fratino tables, each side is linked to the underside of the table thanks to a hand made wrought-iron stretcher with a beautiful inverted curve movement with that adds interest and stability, as well as a beautiful wrought iron design to the table or desk. Whether used as a dining table, sofa or console table, or exquisite desk, this Italian table will be an excellent addition to any living or dining room.
