Large Crotch Mahogany Georgian Style Dining Table by Leighton Hall
About the Item
This is a made-to-order large traditional mahogany banquet / dining table made in the Leighton Hall shop. It is modeled after the understated swirly crotch mahogany tables made in the 1800s and early 1900s. It features a field of slip-matched swirly crotch mahogany from West Africa. It has a hand rubbed and polished semigloss finish. The birdcage style pedestal has four columns with fluted legs which terminate with antique brass lions paw feet.
Dimensions: 54 in. x 88 in. with three 24 in. leaves (total length with leaves inserted is 160 in.)
This table can be purchased as shown, or it can be customized to your desired size and design. We can make a bench-made, one-of-a-kind table in our shop to your specifications. Various lengths and widths available. Other options available. Price will vary depending upon options. Estimated production time is 60-90 days.
