About the Item
This striking glass top desk or table, manufactured by popular 1970s acrylics company Lion in Frost, features two thick lucite and raw edge carrara marble corner pieces with brass fixings, strongly resembling an iceberg or stalagmite. A sheet of bevelled rectangular glass sits atop the two corners. The glass top can be replaced with a bigger one and use the table as dining table.
We also have the same mirror available.
Lion in Frost were based in Miami, Florida, in the late seventies and early eighties, and were one of the notable furniture designers of the era to work almost exclusively in lucite and acrylic. Today their pieces are highly sought after, and this gorgeous desk is no exception.
