About the Item
Mid-Century Grand Neogothic Rustic Draw Leaf Dining Table by DeCoene is ideal for a large space, a large family, and large parties! Hand-crafted from solid oak and left in a natural finish, it is over six and a half feet closed, but extends to over eleven and a half feet when both leaves are pulled out! The angular legs on each end provide sturdy support, and are strengthened by a connecting trestle shimmed into place. The ingenious design allows one to serve six very comfortably all year long, while allowing accommodations for 10 to 12 when it's party time! Leaves then tuck back in quickly and easily to regain floor space. The densely grained quarter-sawn oak will surely provide yeoman's service for decades, bringing smiles to generations to come. Crafted by the masters at De Coene of Cortrai, Belgium, it was literally designed to last for generations!
