Pair of French Midcentury Style Bronzed Iron End Tables Manner of Jacques Quinet

About the Item

Elegant pair of French Mid-Century Modern style side tables in bronzed hand wrought iron influenced by Art Deco and Modern Neoclassical sensibilities. The tables feature a smooth, sensuous architectural look highlighted by a unique cross bracing system and a support system for holding the top in place. The tables also allow a rare feeling of transparency as one can view through the central element of the stretcher. This is complimented by a special feature where raised structural supports surround the glass at 3 points and allow a view into the anatomy of the pieces. Priced as a pair but also be purchased individually. Custom sizes are available. Literature: A Similar Table is Pictured in Jacques Quinet, Guitemie Maldonado, Editions d'l'Amateur, Paris, 2000, p.57. See photo.
