Pair 19th Century French Louis XIII Carved Walnut Barley Twist Pedestal Tables

About the Item

Display a bust or a flower vase on these elegant, antique pedestals. Crafted in Southern France circa 1870 and built of walnut, each column sits on a thick decorative square plinth ending with bracket feet. The fruit wood pedestal features a hand carved barley twist stem, connected at the top to a square surface (the top is 11.75 x 11.75). The sturdy, Baroque Louis XIII style pedestal tables are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich walnut patina. These versatile, useful columns will add interesting, layered Dimension and depth to any room of your home. One pedestal 1/4 taller than the other. Dimensions: 13.75"W x 13.75"D x 42.5"H.
