About the Item
Compact round side table by Rohe Noordwolde, crafted in the Netherlands in the late 1950s. The frame is made of black enameled metal, supporting a bent bamboo ring that holds a new circular glass top. Below, a woven rattan shelf adds both structure and texture — a signature move from Rohe Noordwolde, known for pairing natural materials with clean, practical forms.
The table is lightweight and easy to move, making it a flexible piece for a variety of spaces — next to a lounge chair, in an entryway, or styled with plants and objects in a covered outdoor setting.
In original vintage condition with visible signs of wear throughout, including light surface marks, some patina to the rattan, and enamel loss on the frame. Wear is consistent with age and use.
