This sleek and sophisticated custom fabricated Modernist Cantilevered Side Table With Transparent Glass Top in Polished Nickel, made for High Style Deco in New York, originates from the United States during the 21st Century. This example is in Polished Nickel, but can be achieved at custom dimensions, finishes, and glass type of your choice. Featuring a cantilevered form with a supporting base in polished Nickel, the flat section on which the piece rests matches the dimensions of the glass top, then with a concave swoop rises to an attachment point which holds the glass in place and unifies the top surface with the entirety of the piece. A beautiful example of the minimal forms and thoughtful use of geometry in Modernist design, this table is remarkably stable and versatile. With a reserved tension and stable presence, this side table will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Art Deco to Mid-Century Modernist, Contemporary, and Minimal Interiors.
