Italian Neoclassical 1810s Walnut Table with Oval Top, Drawer and Saber Legs
About the Item
An Italian Neoclassical walnut veneered accent table from the early 19th century, with oval top, single drawer, brass hardware, saber legs and rustic character. Created in Italy during the early years of the 19th century, this walnut accent table features an oval top with nicely distressed appearance, sitting above an apron concealing a single drawer. This drawer opens thanks to a brass pull adorned with radiating gadroon motifs. The table is raised on four saber legs whose understated presence compliments the ensemble beautifully. Boasting a nice patina and great character revealing its good age and use, this Italian Neoclassical period accent table circa 1810 will make for a wonderful addition to any home, placed in a living room, bedroom or hallway.
