About the Item
Introduced in 1999, the Bishop stool is Mahdavi's signature piece, originally designed as a bar stool for one of New York's most exclusive clubs, it has evolved and entered the collection of Paris' Musee Des Arts Decoratifs.
It serves both as a stool and side table, whether in a bedroom or living room, it is versatile in form and function, especially in this beautiful black lacquered finish. Sold as a pair, each features a three-tiered form. In used condition with some scratches and cosmetic wear to the finish.
