Swedish Painted Wood Side Table w/Small Drawer, 19th C.
About the Item
A Swedish painted wood side table, with single drawer, from the 19th century. This antique occasional table from Sweden features a rectangular top which rests above a deep-set apron that houses a small drawer at one side (with ring pull handle), and is presented upon squared tapering legs. The top is made so that it can slide off for additional storage within (refer to additional images). The painted finish is not original, but is older, and is made up primarily of light green, with yellow and hints of brown. This 19th century Swedish table would be a great bed side nightstand or end table to a chair or sofa.
