Germany Country Stile Wooden Sofa Table Made from Old Bakery Worktop

This table is made from a piece of wood which has been used in an old German bakery. The surface, therefore, is very smooth and shows a beautiful patina that comes from years of kneading and rowling dough on.
The worktop then has been removed and repurposed into this lovely sofa table. The legs therefore are a later addition to the top. we assume this has been done in around the 80s.
The table is a unique piece and has the charm of a humble piece of furniture that tells a story of its previous use. The table is quite large and heavy which makes it a solid piece of furniture that can witsand large gatherings.
