Mid-Century Modern Teak Table with Brass Shelf, Sweden circa 1950

About the Item

This petite Mid-Century Modern coffee table/side table was crafted in Sweden during the 1950's from solid teak wood. This simple streamlined design features a teak tabletop with a narrow teak skirt along the edges atop four tapered teak legs and a functional brass shelf. Sturdy and solid, the high quality craftsmanship of this MCM piece are telling of its Scandinavian origins. This table is would also work well at the end of a sofa or as a bedside table / night stand. Small table would complement a variety of design styles including, but not limited to, Midmod, Danish Modern, Swedish Modern, Scandinavian, and Minimalist. The legs can be unscrewed and the shelf can be removed for easy shipping. Shelf Height is 15"
