This is a very good example of an elegant, large late George III tilt-top breakfast table. The top is is banded in kingwood and satin wood, with an additional 7 individual lines of inlay. The pedestal features 4 line-inlaid out-splayed legs terminating in traditional brass caps and casters. The table has an old, not original surface, with just the right amount of patina.
