Extraordinary collection of 9 Artists-Plates by Rosenthal, Germany. Ranging from 1971 to the mid 1980s, this series from their artists ''Studio-Line'' features designs from artist ranging from painters to musicians. Each year, one wall plate was issued, starting with German author Günther Grass (not in this set). Every issue was limited to 5000 pieces. The total of this collection by Rosenthal was 27 plates. In this set, each plate bears the artists signature and is numbered by hand: 1 by Jean Cocteau, ''There is always a counterpart: without the devil, God would never have appealed to the masses'' No. 1597/5000 2 by Kriwet, ''Text-Plate'' No. 1897/5000 3 by Eugen Gomringer, ''The simple path is simply the path'' No. 4790/5000 4 by Hans-Werner Henze, ''The young Lord'' No. 3826/5000 5 by Emilio Pucci, ''Our cathedral combines the rhythm and spirit of our city'.' No. 0809/5000 6 by Salvador Dali, '' L'Assiette De Gala'', Gold plated, No. 2383/5000. Made with extraordinary care, each detail of this reproduction of the original bean (and entire design) was made to meet the highest standards. The original bean used then by Dalí himself, has here been used as the very mold to cast the golden bean of this issue: It is cast in porcelain and then finished with genuine gold plating.

This Bjorn Wiinblad Vintage Danish Modern Rosenthal porcelain " Aladdin " collector's decorative plate is a very special and unique piece to add to your collection. The porcelain collector's decorative wall plate is made by Rosenthal Studio Line, Germany from 1976 - 1982. Made of fine porcelain, the round decorative plate features a beautiful multicolor design of Aladdin with special metallic gold details.
