    A French carved wood fragment from the early 19th century. This antique wall decoration from France has an overall oblong, just shy of 6.5 feet in length, having a horizontally positioned shape, with a level, wooden top rail draped with several smaller swagged ribbon carvings, and a larger three-dimensional, hand carved swagged wreath in sunflower and foliage motif below, which gathers at center with a bow.
