About the Item

Pair of 18th century Italian fragments decorated with sculpted linen canvas flowers, fossil agate coral, and Venetian plaster roses. One piece is all plaster background, while the other is a combination of traditional Italian fresco plaster, marble paste, and a selection of oils. Both are dusted with Italian green raw umber pigment and volcanic ash. Created by Elena Kazmier for Interi.
