Piero Fornasetti Attributed 4 Panel Monochrome and Polychrome Folding Screen

About the Item

This is a fantastic monochromatic and Polychromatic screen depicting different variations of a library with feather quill pens and various decorative objects a library may have. One side is monochromatic and the verso is polychromatic which adds an incredible amount of dimension to the black and white side. The framing is done in faux decorated oak and looks like part of the bookcase. The piece dates to the 1950-60s era and is attributed to Piero Fornasetti. It is in very good condition and has minimal signs of age and use but nothing significant. Dimension: 51.25 inches high x 58 inches wide x 1.25 inches deep
