Silver-framed Mary and Eddie by Ms. Robin Morris, is an original 172/350 limited edition lithograph printed using hand lithography techniques on archival Coventry Rag 100% acid free paper. Mary and Eddie is a whimsical Art Deco style portrait of two fashion forward young adults sporting chic cropped red hairstyles and fashion hats in shades of yellow and neutral warm gray that match their shawl-collar coats, their blushed red cheeks and pouty red lips stand out against the neutral beige high rise buildings behind them. Ms. Morris utilizes her characteristic stylized technique in creating an engaging urban portrait with a bold contemporary look. Contemporary American artist Robin Morris (b. 1953) is best known for her New Deco style of artwork that has captivated many throughout her career. Artist Robin Morris found success as a commercial artist with many of her works being featured by Radio City Music Hall, Coca-Cola, and Bloomingdale's. Besides her commercial work, Morris's creations have been included in the permanent collections of several museums and earned her international recognition.
