Original antique Soviet propaganda poster - Give bread to the revolution! Peasant! Your harvest has been harvested for a long time, have you calculated the surplus? How do you plan to dispose of it? Think about it comrade: before you are two states: the Soviet Workers' and Peasants' Republic and Denikin's Landlord-General Kingdom. Think about who you should go with? Colourful design featuring a countryside view with windmills, trees and farms and horse drawn carts laden with produce walking along paths leading down each side to the entrance of a walled city below, the text in stylised lettering with illustrations showing the difference of life under the communist Red Army on the left and under the White Army on the right, depicting the peasant farmers working on the land under the Russian military leader Anton Denikin (1872-1947) beating them and taking the products of their labour compared to the Soviet state flying red Soviet flags and paying them fairly for the work, the captions reading - The Soviet government gave you the landowner's land. What to do with Denikin's land? The Soviet government pays for bread in money and goods. The generals and constables will collect the landowner's losses from you, take an indemnity and pay with whips - and the text below - Hand over your bread to the Workers' and Peasants' government, comrade! Hurry to the collection points! Your bread is necessary for the Red Army which, enduring thousands of hardships, defends your freedom and lands. Your bread will feed the workers who, exhausted, prepare products for the Red Army, the city and the countryside. It is also necessary for the peasants of the hungry provinces. Hurry up, comrade!
