About the Item

A vintage pair of Mexican tin wall decorations in scrolling design with small shelf. This pair of wall shelves from Mexico have been hand-crafted from old tin, have shapely bodies comprised of volutes, scrolls, and leaf motif. A small half-rounded shelf protrudes out from its mid-section. These pieces retain their original finish and lovely rusty patina found in various areas throughout. Note that there are some minor damages with volute scrolls coming loose- but could be remedied. And should you wish to display any objects on the shelves, since these items are constructed of tin, we recommend it be something light in weight. These Mexican wall ornaments are just shy of 3 feet in height, and will add a nice texture and architectural interest to your space.
