Truly stunning be-spoke handcrafted hanging grandfather pendulum wall clock by George Gordon circa 1980. Made in the manner of high end Scandinavian / Danish design and construction. Keeps perfect time. Pencil signed and dated.
George Gordon was born in 1948 in Rochester, NY. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1971 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Gordon then received his Master's degree in Furniture Design from RISD in 1977. Since 1992, he has been a faculty member at RISD in the Industrial Design department and Graduate Studies division.
