Important Faberge Imperial Russian Presentation Gift to a Member of The Imperial Court of Germany 1907 Rare and Important Faberge Imperial Russian Presentation Gift to a Member of The Imperial Court of Germany 1907 bought from Faberge by the Imperial Cabinet of Internal Affairs to be presented as a gift at the historical meeting of the Russian and German emperors at the Baltic resort of Swinemunde in 1907. The diamond brooch is designed in the 18th century garland style as a miniature stomacher with a concealed fitting that allows it to also be worn as a pendant. Set in pierced and intricately designed platinum with approximately 9 carats of diamonds, this pedigree collectible jewel reflects an era of unsurpassed aristocratic elegance. Copies and authentication report papers showing purchase from Faberge for the above from the archives of the State Government of the Imperial Cabinet of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg, Russia, are included. 3 1/8" H by 2 1/2" W.
