A designer brooch designed by Nanna Ditzel for Georg Jensen numbered 326. The brooch is made of sterling silver. The brooch was created in 1956, this minimalist sterling silver brooch accentuates the architectural work of famed designer Nanna Ditzel, the first woman ever to design jewellery for Georg Jensen. The shape of the piece is specifically designed to reflect light in the most elegant way - a feature common to much of Ditzel’s work. As an innovative and ground-breaking designer, Nanna Ditzel carved herself a career in a wide range of projects from furniture and textiles to a collection of striking contemporary jewellery for Georg Jensen. The timeless quality of her work makes it resonate across different times and generations. The brooch is in very good vintage condition with rather minor to its age general signs of use.
