About the Item
This beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece was handmade in Italy by a multigenerational goldsmith. It's warm, peachy, and features a pristine pear-cut Imperial topaz measuring 2.63 carats. It is surrounded by .64 carats of round, full-cut diamonds and set in two-toned 18-karat gold. The chain is a custom 16" cable link chain made of 14-karat yellow gold.
