A stunning, fine and impressive antique 13.82 carat opal and 0.24 carat diamond, 18 karat yellow gold and platinum set pendant; part of our antique Edwardian opal jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive antique opal pendant has been crafted in 18k yellow gold with a platinum setting. The pierced decorated pendant features a stunning claw set 13.82ct elongated cabochon cut opal. The lower portion of the opal setting is further embellished with a trefoil shaped mount ornamented with three pavé set transitional modern brilliant round diamonds. The pendant suspends from a later 18' 18k white gold curb chain via a linear bale ornamented with three further diamonds, securing to the reverse with a spring-loaded lobster claw fastening.
