- Condition:Additions or alterations made to the original: This pendant is made of a new pearl under a cap converted from an articulated clown pendant. The cap was previously a "torso," so the holes for the neck and arms have been filled with gold and the entire piece thoroughly polished to hide the wounds. Polished. The top loop is newly made from recycled gold wire. The pearl was recently acquired.
