Superb Celadon Jade Boulder Mountain

This sculpture is a large open work, carved with celadon jade in the form of lingzhi branches. The branches bear leaves, lingzhi, and flower buds. On top, a boy is stretched out and hanging on to the branches. The sculpture is a long triangular shape. The jade is mottled celadon with patches of honey-colored stone. There are two small chips at crown of flowers (lower right side at 1st image). Historical References Open works jade carvings were popular during the Yuan/Ming dynasty.
