About the Item

This set of six buttons was designed in the Arts & Crafts taste of the last decades of the 19th century. The buttons are made out of sterling silver and are impressed with the British lion for sterling. The buttons are impressed with the letters J-F for James Fenton in a rectangular surround. The impressed anchor stands for Birmingham. The weight indicated in the listing refers to the buttons without the fitted box.
