About the Item

Art Deco period Ring with twisted solid 18K Gold band and Clover leaf crown decorated with natural Diamonds and Rubies. Swedish hallmarks, 18K, maker GD&Co, city of Malmo. Year marks not very clear / C8 = made in 1929. Crown is 10 mm x 8 mm x 5 mm deep. Old diamond cut Diamond Ø 5 mm x 2.75 mm / ca 0.56 ct .Color ca. I,J / VS + small rose cut diamond on the Clover's tale. The color of the large diamond can be whiter but settings in Yellow Gold may affect the true color and make it look more yellow than it is. Two old diamond cut Natural Rubies of fine Red color ca. 4.5 mm x 1.9 mm deep / 0.5 ct each. Rubies show inclusions + flaws visible under x 10 magnification. Size : Ø 6US / 16.51 mm. Sizing is possible for additional payment . Weight: 2.8 grams Used finest condition,no issues. > Most of the items that we sell are not new at all if not stated otherwise. Stones of the rings photographed alone may look a bit differently when on hand because your finger makes the back side of the stone closed and light no longer can go through and the color becomes different. Stones with closed backs may seem darker than stones with open backs. Such nuances of color perception do not give any excuse to claim item to be not as described. Some buyers tried to make return of the items and to avoid paying shipping and restock expenses claimed that : " color is different from that on image .. " there are inclusions that I didn't notice " "it looks smaller than I expected" .. Unfortunately Internet sales do not allow us to see the items in person before we get them by post.
