Art Deco 0.80ct Diamond and Emerald Target Ring, c.1920s
About the Item
A stunning old oval cut diamond is enveloped in rings of emerald and diamond in this Art Deco target ring. The central diamond weighs 0.80 carat and is rub over set with milgrain detailing. The surrounding circle of emeralds comprised of 0.66 carat total of baguette cut stones, the vibrant green complementing the surrounding diamonds perfectly. A diamond halo completes the target design, featuring a further 0.66 carat of old cut stones. All the diamonds used within the piece are of good quality matching at G in colour and SI1 in clarity. Crafted in platinum the gem display sits upon a beautifully hand carved open basket allowing maximum light under the stones helping then sparkle. A simple band, also of platinum completes this beautiful piece.
