Family Home by Matthew Patrick Smyth Inc. in New York, NY
Architect Peter Pennoyer renovated this townhouse which was a complete rebuild from top to bottom. The client has a fondness for French 1950's style furnishings which we incorporated thought the house. It's an active family house as the couple have two young children and entertain often. Spaces had to multi function to meet the family's various interests and needs.
