Virginia Hughins (Virginia Brubaker DeWolf), (American, 1923-2004). Hughins was an accomplished artist, many of her watercolors could be seen around Santa Clara and Santa Cruz County Watercolor Society shows. She was an avid freelance writer and illustrator for children’s books. A lifetime member of Romance Writers Association and Pen Women’s Association. WE certify this is by the hand of Virginia Hughins.
