Réalisée durant plusieurs live-painting à Nouméa en 2022, Neotokyo est une ville dystopique/futuriste inspirée des livres "Où est Charlie". On peut y trouver et compter certains éléments, comme les ballons rouges qui sont un hommage à l'artiste Banksy.
Sous l’autoroute est représenté l’ancienTokyo avec des bâtiments ruraux, le temple étant le plus vieux bâtiment de la ville autour duquel elle s'est construite.
La partie haute représente quant à elle un Tokyo futuriste dans lequel se glissent de nombreux éléments de Pop Culture. Les véhicules, engins, plantes et personnages sont inspirés des univers de Miyazaki, Star Wars, MARVEL, Seigneurs de Anneaux, du Jeu-Vidéo (Mario), de dessins-animés, etc.
La partie gauche du tableau représente l'aspect industriel de la ville (et la destruction de la Nature par l’Homme) alors que la partie droite évoque l’aspect économique et communautaire ainsi que la nature qui reprend ses droits (tsunami, volcan).
Le tableau est fourni avec un cadre équipé d'un ruban LED 120 RGB et d’un cache LED pour tamiser les points lumineux. La télécommande proposant différents modes d'éclairage (réglage des couleurs, de l'intensité, du balayage).

Pierre Saint-Sorny first studied at the Royal Academy in Brussels (1932-1933) and, subsequently, at the Académie des Beaux Arts in Mons (1934-1935) where he received the Grand Prize for Design. In 1946, he resumed his studies at the Académie de Namur where he was awarded the Sculpture Prize. In 1950, he moved to Paris to attend the Académie de la Grande Chaumière which he followed with a period of study at the Centre de l'Expressionisme in Flanders.
Over the course of a long and successful career, Saint-Sorny exhibited widely at numerous solo and group exhibitions including at the Musée d'Art Moderne in Paris and was also appointed a member of the jury at the Academie de Namur.

Stanley Boxer (1926-May 8, 2000) was an American abstract expressionist artist best known for thickly painted abstract works of art. He was also an accomplished sculptor and printmaker. He received awards from the Guggenheim Fellowship and the National Endowment for the Arts.
Boxer was born in New York City, and began his formal education after World War II, when he left the Navy and studied at the Art Students League of New York. He drew, painted, made prints, and sculpted. His work was recognized by art critic Clement Greenberg, who categorized him as a color field painter, A group that included
Barnett Newman, Clyfford Still, and Mark Rothko and was a form of Abstract Expressionism and later included Helen Frankenthaler, Ad Reinhardt, Kenneth Noland, Gene Davis, Jules Olitski, Raymond Parker and Morris Louis. Boxer himself was adamant in rejecting this stylistic label. Over the years, he remained loyal to the materially dense abstract mode on which his reputation rested.. Art critic Grace Glueck wrote "Never part of a movement or trend, though obviously steeped in the language of Modernism, the abstract painter Stanley Boxer was a superb manipulator of surfaces, intensely bonding texture and color."
In 1953 Boxer had his first solo exhibition of paintings in New York City, and showed regularly thereafter until his death. His paintings and sculpture were represented in New York City during the late 1960s through 1974 by the Tibor de Nagy Gallery, then by the André Emmerich Gallery from 1975 until 1993, and finally by Salander-O'Reilly Galleries until its demise in 2007. This large painting is Mitsumori's very first maiden work. An original mineral painting, made with 24k gold, crushed minerals (natural and synthetic), oyster shells and gold-coated mica on Japanese paper mounted on a wood panel. Natural colors include precious and semi-precious stones. Because these substances consist of unique chemical and physical properties, every artwork has unique characteristics and a story to tell, with a sense of connection to the earth. It is highly textured with a matt and rich sand-like appearance.
What originally inspired her to paint was the cityscapes of Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is a city in India known as the “golden city” that gleams in gold-like colors at sunset. The city shimmered like a piece of gold jewelry, reminding her of jewelry that retains its shine even after a thousand years. She felt a strong desire to capture them in paintings and set out to do so. Presents the sceneries seen through her eyes in an art form.
