About the Item
This painting is inspired by my intuition, my imagination and meditative visions and show my fascination with the shape of the circle. In Indian religions, the mandala (circle) is a spiritual and ritual symbol representing the unending universe. Another example of the circle is the wheel. The wheel is meant to be in motion which to me connotates change or movement. This relates to one of the themes of all my art, nothing is constant, everything is in flux and in a state of change. This painting is new and located in Santa Monica, CA.

Jean Adele Wolff
Jean received her Bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin. She continued her studies in sculpture and painting at Otis Art Institute, Los Angeles, CA and the University of California, Los Angeles. Jean Wolff’s artwork has been exhibited in numerous galleries and owned in public and private collections throughout the United States.
