About the Item
Specializing in abstract portraits and racing scenes, Mangan is also known for painting sailing, and boating scenes in the same figurative manner. Most of his harbor scenes are done using the same color tones, and are most likely done at the same harbor. Working mostly with oils, Mangan enforces geometric shapes and patterns in all of his work to make it more alluring and to give the work a certain stillness.
