Born in Paris in 1992, the artist (she) lives and works in western France near Nantes.
Jade Boissin is graduated from the Ecole des Beaux-arts de Nantes, with honors for her master's degree. She pursued her mastery of painting by taking part in workshops in Venice, Italy.

Long inspired by European paintings from the Renaissance to the 19th century, where women composition, the artist uses humor and diversion to play on the traditional.
The artist uses humor and misappropriation to thwart the treaty of these representations. She “ narrates a story ‘ through the people and details that make up her paintings, and the artist's omnipresent work in series leads her models and objects to move from one work to the next ’ to recompose the narrative, to tell a new story ”.
