An extensive rural landscape with a group of horses looking out onto the barren, autumnal trees. Well presented in a modern wood effect frame with hessian slip. There is a gift inscription to the reverse which is dated 1978. Signed. On canvas on stretchers.

Overall the appearance is very good. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration. There are areas of discolouration to the varnish, which could be resolved with surface cleaning. The frame is in good condition.
