About the Item
The painting depicts the Venetian lagoon with a row of houses on the outskirts of the city. In the distance you can see the island of Murano, on the left a pier and piles. A lantern attached to one of them is the only warm glowing point in the emerald-silver coloring of the entire motif. The painting was painted from life. Water, sky and Venetian air are its main characters. Even the houses standing in a row on the right, reflected in the water, do not stand out against this background, but seem to dissolve in it.
The painting is sold without frame. The sides are not painted. It can decorate a living room, study, office, or serve as a good gift.

Dmitry graduated from the Moscow Secondary Art School at the Surikov Institute and the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. And never stops improving his craftsmanship and artistic language.
Dmitry has participated in several dozen group and solo exhibitions in Russia and Germany. The artist's works are in private collections in the USA, Canada, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia, etc. A number of portraits are in the collection of the A. A. Bakhrushin Theatre Museum. In 2007, the publishing house "White City" released a monograph with reproductions of his paintings in the series "Masters of Painting".
