About the Item
In this painting, I poured my love for nature’s tranquility, capturing the gentle embrace of sea, sky, and mountain. Through soft, impressionistic brushstrokes and oil’s rich texture, I aimed to evoke calm and invitation. This piece brings serene energy, transporting your space to a peaceful coastal retreat where time slows and the soul breathes freely.
I painted this picture after the first trip to the plain air in Turkey. Impressions were fresh, the blinding sun, sfumato in the air from this purple-blue shades in the shadows of the trees. And the clouds appearing on a fancy mountain like a turtle.

Simon Kozhin
Committed to the Russian realistic school, graduate of the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, he aspires for absolute fidelity in reproducing the reality. 1988/90 A student of the art school in Krasnaya Presnya district of Moscow.1990/97 A student of Moscow Academic Art Lyceum attached to the Russian Academy of Arts, Moscow. His graduation drawings were illustrations for Academician Platonov's The Course of Russian History rated as “excellent". Alexandr Kryushyn is a professional painter. He studied at the Kharkov Academy of Design and Arts. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. In his work, Alexandr combines the traditions of the European school of painting with a bright author's emotional manner of implementation. The artist has a great experience of painting on the plein air, and this allows him to masterfully work in color. Each picture of the author has a unique composition and color mood. The artist's inspiration is the search for love, beauty, harmony and aesthetics in the surrounding world.
