About the Item
"I was inspired to paint the still life "yellow apples" by a Japanese medieval miniature." Anait said about this still-live painting. "Many artists of the late 19th century were inspired by the best examples of Japanese and Chinese painting and furniture art. At present, turning to Japanese and Chinese art is becoming very popular again. In modern interiors, you can often find elements of oriental style. This painting can give the interior an oriental flavor and sophistication."
The work is painted on canvas without a stretcher, but with edges for stretching or for framing under glass. The work is sold framed in a plexiglass frame, which protects well the coating from dust and keeps the work intact during shipment.

Vardanyan Anahit Stepanovna, born 1973. Studied at YSU and Stroganov Moscow State Art Academy. Member of the National Union of Pastelists, the Irida Creative Association of women and the Association of Plein Air Artists. Since 2022, she has moved to the USA, Georgia, where she actively participates in exhibitions and events of artists' associations.
