This series was captured on a local Texas ranch, where the land stretches wide and the longhorns stand as living symbols of endurance, heritage, and freedom. I came to photograph these animals, but what I found was something more profound—a stillness rooted in strength, and a quiet nobility shaped by generations.
These images carry grit, grace, and a powerful stillness—the very essence of the Western tradition . is a fine art photography series captured on a local Texas ranch, where the land stretches wide and the longhorns stand as living symbols of endurance, heritage, and freedom. These beautiful limited edition prints are on museum grade archival paper printed by the top fine-art print house. This artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity and are signed and numbered on the 1/2 white boarder.

ARTIST BIO:
Addison Jones is a Colorado-based multi-disciplined artist. She is an advertising photographer, fine artist, and creative director.
Through the lens of her camera, she translates geography, culture, and architecture into a universal language, crafting complex narratives without the need for words, and using light to illuminate emotion.
The daughter of creatives, Addison’s family moved frequently when she was growing up to follow her parents’ careers. Today, she remains just as nomadic—now following her own curiosity and intuition to new places in search of inspiration.

When she’s not creating, Addison loves snowboarding, exploring ice caves, hiking, and drinking tequila while challenging her 2 brothers to fishing competitions.

Addison Jones
Addison Jones is a world-class photographer and mixed-media artist based in the Midwest.
Jones uses her street art and mixed-media style to portray models from her own modern portrait photography. The result culminates in moody, sensual, and contemplative mixed-media art focusing on the humanity of the subject. Each of her pieces are original works.
Addison is known for layering her own photographs into complex street art and using the written word as a subtle texture feature. She utilizes silver and gold leaf, acrylics, and custom paints, including color changing, to add layers upon layers as she goes. In the end, it culminates in a piece that is viewed as a complex whole.
Jones begins each piece with a photograph from her own portfolio, and then free flows through each element, drawing inspiration as she works. She often says that her style often leads to mistakes that later become some of the best parts of the piece.
