The Legend of Colapesce (Original Title: Colapesce nello stretto) is an original Contemporary artwork realized in 1972 by the Italian Contemporary artist Leo Guida (1992 - 2017).
Original Aquatint and Etching.
Numbered, Titled and Hand-signed in pencil on the lower margin: X/X dal mio torchio Colapesce nello stretto Leo Guida.
Edition of Ten Prints.
Frame is included (79.5 x 3 x 58.5 cm).
Good conditions. Small spots on the surface.
Leo Guida (1992 - 2017). Sensitive to current issues, artistic movements and historical techniques, Leo Guida has been able to weave with many generations of young people in the course of his career, a productive conversation on art and the function of the artist. He was a teacher at the Liceo Artistico in Latina from 1969 to 1985, and he trained many of the artists who today characterize the Italian cultural scene. Copious was his production of graphic works in which Guida showed all his talent for the techniques of chalcography, etching, aquatint and burin etc.
