Jean-Jacques Waltz (1873 - 1951), également connu sous le nom d'Oncle Hansi, ou simplement "Hansi" ("petit Jean") était un artiste français d'origine alsacienne.
Il était un fervent militant pro-français, célèbre pour ses dessins pittoresques, dont certains contiennent des critiques sévères des Allemands de l'époque. Il est également un héros français de la Première et de la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
La bière en Alsace, c’est une longue histoire dont subsistent de nombreux témoignages.
Du nord au sud de la région, ce patrimoine est mis en valeur, comme à la brasserie de Lutterbach, qui a repris vie au printemps, 370 ans après sa création.
