Circa 1970

About the Item

Original lithography by Jacques Auriac for Bally shoes for men. He has always defined himself as self-taught and independent. Just out of school, he found Guy de la Vasselais in the late 1940s. This man was one of the best publishers and printers of posters of the time. La Vasselais had built up a remarkable team of graphic designers after the war. There were some big names like Raymond Savignac, Hervé Morvan and other personalities... Mode - Advertising
