About the Artist: Seek One has been featured in Forbes, Maxim, Haute Luxury among others. He shows at galleries worldwide with comparisons to Warhol. The medium is acrylic, aerosol and mixed media. His work represents a combination of photography and graffiti expressed in a mixed media style deriving influence from Andy Warhol’s processes. The significance behind each piece presents a unique form of authenticity that speaks to all ages and backgrounds. His day to day work focuses on power of popular culture while also focusing on the process of producing innovative fine art. Artist Statement: As an emerging street artist and entrepreneur I am currently searching for partnerships to excel exposure and sales. I would like to make Seek One a brand that all clients and followers can relate to. All work is done on 100% hand made wood panel and usually includes pieces of vintage media, acrylics, oils, spray paint, metal flake and other various mediums. My goal is to bring unique pieces of fine art that everyone can connect with. His work has been shown and collected worldwide.

His think training also includes a bachelor degree in commercial art from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. He continued study at Parson's School of Design in New York City where he had an apartment across the street from Andy Warhol's factory (they met in 1982.) He continued study later at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. Allen is represented in galleries throughout the world. Museums he has shown in include The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum - Cleveland, OH; Experience Music Project - Seattle, WA; Memphis Brooks Museum of Art; Dallas Museum of Art, and Acadian Museum - Lafayette, LA. He was a major figure in the graphic design community for over two decades. Much of his celebrated work is from the entertainment industry doing graphic design work for high profile clients including the 'Yu-Gi-Oh' logo, 'The Wizard of Oz' 60th Anniversary logo, redesigned Coca-Cola bottles, designed 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' logo for Disney and art directed for recording artist Sean 'P Diddy...

JJ had a masters (MFA) from Prat and studied at Hunter college for many years. He was a master jeweler and goldsmith for 50 years, a musician and a photographer. He made a living working with photography, jewelry, bronze sculpture and antique restoration. An artwork in denim fabric by a French Post War & Contemporary artist living in New York City, Jean de la Verrière, An untrained, art brut, 'outsider' artist, now 85. He sold some of his denim patriotic flag works through OK Harris gallery in Soho in the 1980s, one went directly to Ralph Lauren, according to the artist. He is also known for sculpture. particularly his working model, fully functional guillotine sculptures. Artist says he was influenced by Pop Art particularly Robert Rauschenberg and Jasper Johns works. He was in the New York art world along with his artist friends Bernar Venet, Arman and Claude Gillie. He fabricated and cast jewelry for some of his friends. This has a Sterling Ruby feel to it but was done a generation earlier.
