Beth de Loiselle Portrait Paintings
American, b. 1983
Beth de Loiselle's oil paintings strike the eye from across the room with her signature bright colors and unique stylization. As an animal portraitist and miniaturist Beth's keen observations capture that particular expression, compassion and familiarity to its owner. Her soft nuanced brush strokes exude the delicate characteristics of her paintings of radiant floral bouquets.
Beth's unique technique stemmed from the fundamentals of the old masters taught to her at the Schuler School of Fine Arts. After learning to be a complete artist through multiple genre and media, Beth specialized in oils and scratchboard drawings. Since her graduation in 2005, Beth remains with the Schuler School of Fine Arts as an instructor. There and through other venues, Beth conducts workshops in Animal art, Floral oil painting, scratchboard, and the art of miniature.
Beth's artwork can be found throughout the United States and in countries such as France and England. She is regularly accepted into and has won awards from the world's premium exhibitions and contests and has been lauded in magazines such as International Artist Magazine and the Artist Magazine.to

Jenness Cortez, "Secretariat as a Stallion, Claiborne Farm", Equine Oil Painting
By Jenness Cortez
Located in Saratoga Springs, NY
This rare original equine painting by renown artist, Jenness Cortez, features a stately portrait of legendary racehorse Secretariat standing in the lush verdant grass at Claiborne Farm. Bathing in the warmth of an afternoon sun, Secretariat's copper-colored beauty is captured perfectly.

Secretariat is widely considered to be the greatest racehorse of all time and the most recognizable name in thoroughbred racing.
Big Red, as he is most often affectionately referred, became America’s Horse after his historic Triple Crown win in 1973, winning the Belmont Stakes by an unimaginable 31 lengths (in world record time) in what stands today as the single greatest horseracing performance ever.
About Jenness Cortez:
