Hermès Carré "Petite Main" by Caty Latham Circa 1990/1997

About the Item

Circa 1990/1997 France Hermès square entitled "Petite Main" and its original box with light green background and strong polychromy. In as new condition, little or not used. Design by Caty Latham, the 1st edition of which dates from 1987, this one is probably a later re-edition dating from the 1990s. Printed silk twill with hand-rolled edges. Sewing-themed designs with thread braids, ribbons and sewing kit with thimbles and antique keyboards at the four corners. In medallions historical effigies of elegant women. Hermes label on the bottom right indicating Hermes Paris. No defects to be observed, very good general condition of colour and conservation. Rating indicated Assez Rare and Assez Recherché on the book Carré d'Art d'Hermès by Geneviève Fontan at ARFON 2017 on page 183. Size : 86 cm x 88 cm
